Doesn't grind pepper anymore August 21, 2012

I've had the Graviti mill for 2 years, it was a big hit.  Unfortunately, when it came time to change the batteries, it stopped grinding pepper (I used 6 brand new Energizer batteries); it runs but nothing comes out.  I've emptied it and changed the top knob settings several times but still..no pepper.  I've lost the instruction guide so, perhaps, I could download one and see if my $30 pepper mill is kaput or not. Many thanks.

After 3 years the Plastic part broke, as it is brittle including hard palstic washer. Can I buy this part somewhere in brossard or Montreal?

I am on my second Trudeau battery pepper mill and I have given it away as a gift.  For a family (especially husband and son) as mad about the taste of fresh ground pepper as mine, this pepper mill is a godsend.  I highly recommend this product.

I love this mill! What a great idea! It's as easy as it sounds. Turn it upside down and gravity takes over. You get fresh ground pepper or salt in a second.  I like this silver matte finish better than the chrome. The fingerprint marks would drive me crazy!
