After owning several of the standard Graviti grinders and being disappointed when they malfunctioned after a while, I was delighted when this new upgrade became available.  So far, I am delighted.  I plan on buying another for a salt grinder. Thank you Trudeau, for this new product.

Bought the first one for myself.  Bought the second one for a friend who loved it so much she bought one for her daughter.  Bought another one for myself so that when we have our big holiday dinners we don't have to wait so long for the pepper mill to make its way around the table because everyone wants to use it and enjoy fresh pepper on their food! Each time a friend is over for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the pepper mill is used - which it is used for every meal in our home - we are always asked where we purchased it because our guests want to purchase one for themselves.  If I could afford it I would buy one for every friend.  We love ours that much!

Prior to owning this pepper mill a hand grinder was my only option.  When using my hands became difficult, I began to look for an alternative and found the Elite Graviti Black Soft Touch Battery Operated Pepper Mill.  So easy to use and the size of the pepper mill is easy to hold.  Now it's a pleasure to add freshly ground pepper to my food either while cooking or when we dine.  I had purchased mine from a local store and everyone who used it at my home wanted one of their own.  The one I purchased directly from your company was a gift to one of those friends.  She, and I, couldn't be happier with this product!
