Unique and Outstanding Product May 15, 2013

I purchased this Trudeau product approximately a decade ago at a Seattle store that I do not remember.  It is absolutely the most unique, useful, flexible and durable product of its kind on the market. I was so excited to see that this product was still available and bought a bunch!

Still have my cup & in great condition after 2 years. However, the pop up runner's straw is tearing. Suggestion: sell the pup up straw separetely because otherwise customer's have to buy a whole new cup when the straw deteriorates. And, I'm not paying $20 just for a new cup w/ straw.

Great but Fragile January 26, 2013

We absolutely love these water bottles but go through way too many of them. If dropped they break for sure. Also, we've had 3 bottles now where the outer casing separates from the inner casing making it unusable anymore. We purchase them from Amazon. com and they are not returnable when they break. Will Trudeau ever create the same type of water bottle that will be more durable (or at least have the two linings of the bottle stay together better.....we even handwash them).
